Noise Abatement Barrier Project

Clegg Industries designed and installed a noise abatement barrier at the Henley Gas Unit to mitigate noise levels (95 dB) caused by two large gas compressors adjacent to a ranch home.

Noise abatement was accomplished by forming an ell shaped barrier of 8 shipping containers (20' x 8' x 8') stacked two high and welded together. Noise levels were reduced near the home from approximately 90 dB to 70 dB.
